  • Vitamin E: 4 drops

Preparation and application:

  • Disinfect your utensils (stainless steel bowl, saucepan, whisk, spatula, glass jar, scale).
  • Pour the hemp oil, grapeseed oil, beeswax, and emulsifying wax into the bowl.
  • Melt the mixture in a double boiler.
  • Add the water little by little and mix with the whisk until you have a smooth cream.
  • Add the drops of preservative and vitamin E to the preparation.
  • Store everything in a glass jar.
  • You can use the treatment every day like regular hand cream.

Precautions for the use of hemp

Hemp oil should never be exposed to heat or air. It oxidizes quickly, and oxidized fat is not suitable for your health. You have to buy it little by little and avoid keeping it at home.

However, you can store the oil for 10 months if its container is completely closed.

Be careful with hemp oil in cooking. It is not at all suitable for cooking. It is preferable to use it in cold dishes, in vinaigrette sauce, for example.
